Call 999 or go to A&E. Do not book an online appointment and do not wait for a reply to an email.
Call 999 for: chest pain or tightness; sudden weakness, numbness, facial droop or difficulty speaking; severe difficulty breathing; heavy bleeding that will not stop; loss of consciousness; a seizure; a rash that does not fade under a glass with a fever; severe allergic reaction with swelling of the lips, tongue or throat.
For urgent problems that are not emergencies, NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, online or by phone, and can direct you to the right service.
For a mental health crisis: Samaritans on 116 123, free and 24 hours, or 111 and select the mental health option.
Cheshire Clinics is not an emergency service and we do not provide out-of-hours urgent cover. We would rather say that plainly than have anyone wait on us when they should not.
