No membership, no registration, no account to set up before you can be seen. Book a GMC-registered GP for a full twenty minutes, 6am to 10pm, seven days a week.
No app to install and nothing to set up. Book in a couple of taps, see your GP on a secure video call, and get your summary, prescription and follow-up straight afterwards.

A standard NHS appointment is ten minutes. Most private online GP services work to something similar, and some to less.
Ten minutes is enough to deal with the first thing you mention. It is not enough to ask what else has been going on, take a proper history, check the medication list, and reach a considered answer — which is why so many appointments end with the real problem unraised. Doubling the time is the single change that most improves what a GP can actually do, so it is what we built the price around.
The same twenty minutes applies whether you are coming with a rash, a medical letter, a weight management review or something you have been putting off for a year. No premium tier, and no working your way up through appointment types.

Your pharmacy dispenses and charges for the drug. Prices vary between pharmacies, sometimes a lot, and you can take the prescription anywhere.
Carried out and priced by the laboratory or imaging provider. We tell you the cost before anything is booked.
That is the complete list. There is no registration fee, no admin charge, no booking fee and no surcharge for evenings, weekends or bank holidays.
A service that sells you the medicine has a financial interest in prescribing it. We would rather that conflict were nowhere near a clinical decision, so we do not dispense, deliver or profit from anything we prescribe.
Our income is the consultation fee, and it is identical whether you leave with a prescription, a referral, or advice that you do not need either.
One price across the whole catalogue. Twenty minutes each.
Online GP consultation, same-day and out-of-hours appointments, telephone consultations, children’s appointments at any age (a parent present for under-16s), men’s and women’s health, sexual health, mental wellness, dermatology by photo, nutrition, second opinions and multilingual consultations.
Sick notes and fit notes, specialist referral letters, employer and school letters, disability access letters, travel-with-medication letters, fit to fly and pregnancy fit to fly, fit to cruise, Blue Badge support, housing support, gym and holiday cancellation, Camp America and visa medicals, capacity assessments and sports clearance.
Issued within 10 minutes of your consultation ending.
Private prescriptions, repeat prescriptions, medication reviews, weight management, HRT and menopause care, contraception, testosterone deficiency, asthma reviews, and treatment for the everyday conditions people most often wait weeks to be seen for.
Blood tests and scans are arranged during a consultation and charged separately by the laboratory or imaging provider.
Most private services require 24 or 48 hours’ notice. We ask for two.
We can afford to, because we have no room to turn over and no travelled-in staff waiting. And it seems wrong to charge someone for a day they happened to feel better — acute illness is exactly the thing that changes between booking in the morning and the appointment in the afternoon.
Rescheduling is free at any notice, including inside two hours. If something comes up an hour before, move the appointment — there is no penalty and no deadline. Inside two hours a cancellation is not normally refunded, but you can always reschedule instead.
Membership costs £180 a year monthly, or £150 paid annually, and includes unlimited consultations. A single consultation is £40. So membership starts paying for itself at roughly four consultations a year.
You are generally well and see a doctor once or twice a year
You want one specific thing — a letter, a test, a second opinion
You would rather try us before committing to anything
Your NHS practice mostly meets your needs and you want occasional backup
For most people, this is genuinely the cheaper option — and we would rather say so than sell a membership that does not pay for itself.
You have children — the family tier covers two adults and up to four children for £30 a month
You manage a long-term condition needing regular review
You take medication that needs monitoring and reissuing
You have caught yourself putting off asking a doctor because of the cost
At the point of booking, by card, through our booking platform. That is what lets us hold a specific twenty-minute slot for you rather than running a queue, and it means there is nothing to settle at the end of your consultation. A receipt is emailed automatically and we never hold your card details.
If it becomes clear at the start that your problem is outside what we can do remotely, the doctor will say so immediately, point you to the right service, and refund you in full. What is not a refund situation is a consultation where the doctor has assessed you properly and concluded that the treatment you hoped for is not clinically appropriate — that is a real medical opinion, and it is what you came for.
No — we are self-pay only. Insurer paperwork, pre-authorisation and claims administration cost money and time, and both would end up in the price. Staying outside that is part of what keeps a consultation at £40. We can provide a receipt if you want to claim it back yourself.
Writing it is included — we never charge separately for issuing a prescription. What you pay for is the medication, and that goes to the pharmacy. On a private prescription there is no NHS subsidy, so you pay the actual cost of the drug plus a dispensing fee. For many common medicines that is a few pounds, often less than the NHS prescription charge.
No, and we do not ask for proof. We would still encourage you to stay registered — we complement NHS care rather than replacing it, and only your NHS practice can make an NHS referral or hold your continuous record.
No. We are open 6am to 10pm seven days a week including bank holidays, and the price is £40 at every hour we are open. Charging more for a Sunday would be charging people for when they happen to fall ill.
