Call us on 0330 113 1874, email hello@cheshireclinics.com, or send a message below. We are open 6am to 10pm, seven days a week. For anything urgent today, book a same-day appointment rather than waiting for a reply. If it is an emergency, call 999.
Call 999 or go to A&E.
The questions we are asked most, answered straight. If yours is about your own health rather than how the service works, the honest answer needs a consultation.
Messages sent through this form and to hello@cheshireclinics.com are answered within one working day, usually the same day. The phone line, 0330 113 1874, is staffed 6am to 10pm, seven days a week. Please do not send clinical questions by message; they need a consultation so a doctor can ask you the right things.
Book. Same-day appointments are usually available and a 20-minute video or phone consultation is £40. A message will not be seen by a doctor. If you think it is an emergency, call 999; for urgent problems that are not emergencies, NHS 111 is available around the clock.
Use the link in your booking confirmation, or call us. Cancel up to two hours before the appointment for a full refund. Rescheduling is free at any notice, including inside two hours.
No. Cheshire Clinics is a fully remote service: every consultation is by secure video or telephone, wherever you are in England or Wales. Blood tests and scans we arrange are carried out at partner clinics near you. Our registered office address is for correspondence only.
