Modern slavery statement

Our position

Medhub LTD, trading as Cheshire Clinics, is opposed to slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking in any form, in our own business and in our supply chain. We are a small, fully remote private GP service based in Cheshire, and this statement explains what we do to keep it that way.

Our business and supply chain

• Clinical care is provided by GMC-registered doctors engaged directly by Medhub LTD, whose identity, registration and right to work are verified before they see a patient.

• Our principal suppliers are technology and healthcare providers: Semble (booking and clinical records), SignatureRx (electronic prescribing), Randox Health (blood tests), Vista Health (imaging), Language Line (interpreting) and Webflow (website hosting). All are established organisations operating under UK, EU or US law with published policies of their own.

• We do not manufacture goods, employ agency labour or source from high-risk sectors.

What we do

• We choose suppliers that publish their own modern slavery statements or equivalent commitments, and we ask about labour practices where a supplier does not.

• Doctors and staff are paid on agreed terms, never charged recruitment fees, and can raise concerns directly with the company director.

• Our safeguarding training includes recognising the signs of trafficking and exploitation in patients, and our doctors know how to refer a concern to the police or the Modern Slavery Helpline (08000 121 700).

Reporting a concern

Anyone with a concern about slavery or trafficking connected to our business or suppliers can contact hello@cheshireclinics.com. Concerns are handled by the company director and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant authority.

This statement is reviewed annually and approved by Dr Mohammad Zubair Khan, director of Medhub LTD.
