Who provides the service
Cheshire Clinics is the trading name of Medhub LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14487050. Registered office: 6A Ollershaw Lane, Marston, Northwich CW9 6ES. This is a correspondence address only; Cheshire Clinics is a fully remote service and there is no clinic to visit.
Regulation of the service

Our doctors
Every consultation is with a doctor on the General Medical Council register with a licence to practise. Cheshire Clinics is led by Dr Mohammad Zubair Khan, MBChB MRCGP, GMC 7563469, who is the registered manager and nominated individual for the service, its lead clinician and its safeguarding lead. You can verify any doctor's registration on the GMC's online register, and each doctor's profile on this site gives their number.

Data protection
Medhub LTD is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration ZB758982, and processes personal and health information under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Dr Khan is the data protection lead. Our Privacy Notice explains what we collect and why.
Indemnity
Our doctors hold professional indemnity cover appropriate to private general practice, as required by the GMC.

Complaints and independent review
Our Complaints Procedure explains how to raise a concern. If you remain dissatisfied you can go to the Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service (ISCAS). Concerns about a doctor's fitness to practise can be raised with the GMC; concerns about the service as a regulated provider can be raised with the CQC or HIW.
Advertising and pricing
Consultation prices on this site are the full price of the consultation, stated in pounds sterling, with no booking fee. Any medicine, blood test or imaging you choose to go ahead with is priced separately and the cost is explained before you commit. Medical services provided by a registered doctor are exempt from VAT. Our advertising follows the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising (CAP Code); prescription-only medicines are never advertised to the public.
Emergency services
Cheshire Clinics is not an emergency or urgent-care service. Call 999 in an emergency and NHS 111 for urgent problems that are not emergencies.
